Meet the Owners
Steven James
Steven James SR. has over 35-years’ experience roofing in the Tampa Bay Area.
Steven started at 20-years old, working as a laborer on a commercial re-roofing crew, then helped fabricate and install sheet metal flashing, etc., and eventually was promoted into the office where he worked his way up to Vice President/General Manager.
After a hiatus from the roofing industry, Steven started a satellite branch as general manager in Pinellas County, for a roofing company based out of Sarasota, Florida.
In the seven years he held this position, he positioned the company as one of the most reputable in the Pinellas area.
In 2008, Steven and his son Steven II decided to start their own roofing company, James Roofing Services, Inc. Today, James Roofing is considered one of the most reputable and highest-quality roofing companies in the Tampa Bay area.

Steven James II, grew up around roofing with his Dad, Steven. Working with Dad started his roofing education, and today, is a second-generation roofing contractor with over 10-years experience.
